Plant Disease Epidemiology Laboratory

Plant disease epidemiology focuses on the processes and variables involved in the development, spread and survivability of the different plant pathogens. Management tactics can be constructed with these information. Through risk assessment, areas may be identified where disease can possibly spread or increase, so prevention measures can be conducted.
