Last June 23, 2023, IRRI Visiting Professors Dr. Ramesh Thanakkan and Dr. Harish Sankaranarayanan of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, India, as well as PhD Scholar Ambika Pandey of University of Giessen, Germany, visited IWEP as part of benchmarking activities for their universities.
Several IWEP facilities were visited. These include IWEP teaching laboratories, preparation rooms, review room, insectary, and research laboratories (Insect Ecology Lab, Virology Lab and Insect Pathology Lab).
