IWEP congratulates Dr. Ireneo Pangga for being conferred as UP Scientist 1 under the UP Scientific Productivity System for 2022-2024. 
Dr. Pangga is a plant pathologist and currently holds a Professor 6 designation in IWEP. Some of his research interests include plant disease epidemiology, modelling of plant diseases, and climate change effects on plant diseases.
